    Tell us about your team.

    Share your headcount, intended use and deadline. We confirm the brief, price, schedule and who does what.

    Set the look together.

    We create the first portrait. The participant checks likeness; your coordinator approves the visual direction.

  3. 03

    Bring the team together.

    After the first portrait and shared style are approved, we create the other four. Each person reviews their own proof before final delivery.

An inquiry is free. The pilot is a paid package for five people, including the first portrait.

First three team bookings. Then $445 for five. Additional hires are quoted separately.

Timing, payment & our promise

We confirm the scope, applicable taxes, schedule and payment stages before you book. Team timing is agreed with your brief.

Each portrait carries our re-edit, redo using a new photo, or full-refund promise. If the first portrait is not accepted, we pause the remaining work and agree the next step.

What changes are included?

Each person has one included round of refinements within the agreed look. Send their feedback together. Corrections to details we missed or work that does not follow the agreed brief are free and do not use up that round.

A new visual direction or added work outside the brief is quoted before we start. Our re-edit, redo or refund promise still applies.

LESS GUESSWORK

Know what needs
your attention.

One studio contact stays with the project, from your initial brief through feedback and delivery.

We handle the portraits.

We check source photos, explain any replacements needed, finish the portraits, handle portrait feedback and prepare approved final files.

You coordinate your people.

Your coordinator confirms participants and permissions, approves the shared style and helps reach anyone whose response is delayed. Each participant approves their own likeness.

How do photos and finished files move between us?

Before booking, we confirm the submission method, who receives each proof and who receives the final files. We also agree who follows up with participants. These arrangements form part of your brief. Share our source-photo guide with participants before they choose their photos.

What about future hires and photo retention?

Your written guide records the background, crop, lighting direction and delivery sizes. Keep it for future portraits, which are quoted separately. Stored photos are retained for revisions for 30 days after final delivery. Use the free team headshot style-guide template. Photo-handling details.
