Photo handling

Your photos, for your portrait.

We use your source photos to check suitability, create your requested portrait and review the result against your likeness.

Sending your photos.

Photos you select are previewed on your device. They are sent only when you confirm permission and choose “Send for photo review.” Your source photos and brief are stored in Verity’s private request area on Spaceship hosting. They are accessible to authorized studio staff, rather than through public gallery links.

Automatic email notices include your request reference, not photo attachments. The studio mailbox handles questions and replies.

Creation and revisions.

We use AI-assisted tools and personal finishing to create your requested portrait and check the result against your likeness. Before production begins, we will identify the editing services involved and explain any relevant photo-handling limits.

We keep your source, working and final photos for revisions for 30 days after final delivery, then delete them. Revision work does not restart this period. If a request does not proceed, contact us to close it and arrange photo deletion.

The private request area removes access at the deadline and deletes its stored photo files on the next scheduled cleanup. Copies used in editing tools or downloaded by the studio require separate deletion. Hosting backup copies follow the hosting provider’s backup cycle; they are not available through the studio.

Your request details.

Photo deletion is separate from handling your name, email, portrait brief and any order or payment records. The 30-day period applies to photos and does not mean every business record is erased.

Your submission is a portrait request, not permission to publish your photos or subscribe you to marketing emails.

Questions and deletion requests.

Contact hello@verityheadshots.com with the email address or reference associated with your request if you have a question about your photos or want to request deletion.
