In development · Seeking founding partnersA professional portrait can be out of reach when you're starting out or returning to work. We're developing Lumina to make personally finished portraits available to people who cannot comfortably afford one.
When money is tight, professional photography may be hard to justify. Lumina's aim is to remove that cost for people who would benefit from a portrait for their professional profile, website or introduction.
We want each participant to receive an AI-assisted portrait with personal review and finishing, plus a profile crop. They would review their likeness before final delivery.
A headshot does not guarantee an interview or a job. It is one practical piece of support, alongside the work of organizations that help people move forward.
A professional portrait should feel within reach.
Our proposed model: for every five completed, paid corporate portraits, Verity would fund one portrait for someone who needs support.
The program is not running yet. Eligibility, referral arrangements and delivery timing will be published before launch. Current bookings do not yet trigger a funded portrait.
We want to work with founding partners to agree who the pilot can support, how people are referred and how portraits are delivered. The intended offer is one personally finished portrait and a square profile crop, at no cost to the participant.
Once Lumina launches, we plan to track portraits funded and portraits delivered. Updates would describe that work, without attributing job offers or career outcomes to a photograph.

Looking for a funded portrait?
Applications and nominations are not open yet. We will publish the process here when the pilot is ready.
Our photo-retention period is 30 days after final delivery, to allow for revisions. Photos stored in the Verity request system are then deleted. Read the photo-handling details for the full scope, including other copies and request records.
