Verity suits people who have usable photos and want a personally reviewed portrait without a studio appointment. We work from photos you provide; we don’t currently offer live posing guidance or full personal-brand photoshoots. If you are unsure about your photos, ask us before committing.

Expedited service is available by request, subject to studio availability. Tell us your deadline before booking. We’ll confirm whether we can meet it, the delivery schedule and any additional fee before you pay.

We use AI only to improve lighting and image quality. Background replacement, precise masking around you, hair painting, skin retouching, color correction and restoring any original details changed or lost during processing are all done manually.

We then manually compare the finished headshot with your original submission, checking your likeness and the fine details before sending you a proof to review.

Choose one clear, unfiltered photo with your whole head and shoulders visible. You can add up to two supporting photos. Soft light, original resolution and a camera held farther away help. We ask for a replacement if the photo is unsuitable. Read the source-photo guide.

One approved portrait as a JPG, at least 2,048 pixels on the long edge, plus a square profile crop of the same image. The crop is not a second look. We confirm the final crop and dimensions before payment; these files are intended for profiles and websites. Ask about print requirements separately.

One round of your requested refinements within the agreed look is included, such as a softer finish or a small lighting adjustment. Send your feedback together.

If we missed a detail or did not follow the agreed brief, we correct it at no extra charge, without using up your adjustment round. A new direction or added work outside the brief is quoted before we start.

Our promise still applies: if your portrait doesn’t feel right, choose a re-edit of the existing photo, a redo using a new photo you submit, or a full refund.

Your first individual proof is ready within 3 business days after both source-photo approval and payment. Revisions and final delivery follow your feedback; we confirm any additional timing. Team schedules are agreed with the brief. See how the staged team pilot works.

Choose “Get my headshot” to select your preferences and prepare your photos for review. We confirm suitability, the agreed scope, availability and the full price before sending a payment link. For a team, use “Plan my team’s headshots” first so we can coordinate the brief and photo collection.

The standard headshot covers head-and-shoulders or chest-up framing. You may request knees-up framing or clothing changes, but suitability and any additional charge must be confirmed before payment. Knees-up requests need a source photo showing that much of your body.

Tell us your headcount, intended use and deadline. We agree the visual direction, scope and schedule before collecting photos. Before you proceed, we also confirm how photos will be collected, who will approve the proofs and how the finished files will be delivered. The pilot is a paid package for five people. The first portrait is included in that five: the participant approves their likeness and your coordinator approves the shared style before we start the other four. Yes. We agree the background, framing and overall presentation with you, then review the portraits together. We include a written style guide for the agreed background, framing and delivery sizes. You keep a copy for future hires; later portraits are quoted separately. Preview the style guide.

We keep your photos for revisions for 30 days after final delivery, then delete them. This describes photo retention; inquiry and payment records are handled separately. Read about photo handling.
