Privacy & cookies.

How this website handles inquiries, photos and browser information.

For privacy questions, contact hello@verityheadshots.com.

Browsing and cookies.

The public pages do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and do not save your style-guide entries. When you choose a currency, session storage remembers it for this browser tab as you move between pages. This preference is not used for tracking.

The private studio uses a necessary session cookie called verity_studio for sign-in and session protection. It is restricted to the studio area, sent over HTTPS and unavailable to page scripts. It has no persistent expiry date; your browser’s session-restoration settings may affect when it is removed. Blocking it can prevent studio sign-in.

There is no optional-cookie consent banner because these pages do not currently load optional analytics or advertising cookies. We will review this before introducing optional tracking.

Resources loaded from other services.

Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts, and the Lumina page displays photographs from Unsplash. Those services receive connection information such as your IP address when your browser requests their files. External requests are different from our own cookies.

Our hosting provider, Spaceship, processes connection and request information to serve and protect the website. This page does not claim that visiting the site sends no information to other services.

Inquiries and project details.

The inquiry form sends your name, email and message, together with any company, service or team-size details you provide, to FormSubmit for delivery to our Spacemail mailbox. We use this information to respond and discuss your project. The inquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The team style-guide tool works in your browser. Its entries are not sent to Verity or saved automatically. Download or print your copy before closing the page.

Your portrait photos.

Photos selected in the headshot form stay on your device until you confirm permission and send the request. If the studio requests replacement photos, the private link lets you add them to the same request without starting again. It expires after seven days, after a replacement upload, or when the studio approves your photos or closes the request. The submitted photos and brief are stored in the private studio on Spaceship hosting for suitability review and portrait production.

We keep source, working and final photos for revisions for 30 days after final delivery. Editing copies and hosting backups have separate handling, explained in our photo-handling information. This period does not apply to every inquiry or payment record.

We will identify the editing services involved before production begins. Sending a portrait request does not give permission to publish your images or add you to a mailing list.

Payment services.

If you follow a payment link, the payment provider handles payment information under its own privacy and cookie notices. Stripe and any payment method you select, such as PayPal or Klarna, may use their own cookies on their payment pages. We do not collect card details in the Verity photo form.

Questions about your information.

Email hello@verityheadshots.com to ask about information associated with your inquiry or portrait request, or to request a correction or deletion. Include your request reference if you have one. Please do not email identity documents unless we have explained why a verification step is needed.
