The Verity approach

How we turn your photos into a professional headshot.

Verity creates professional headshots from photos you supply. AI assists with lighting and image quality; background replacement, retouching, detail restoration and the final likeness check are done manually.

For individuals and teams who want a finished portrait without a studio visit. Compare an original photo with its finished portrait.

What does AI do?

We use AI to improve lighting and image quality. That processing can change or remove original details, so it is followed by manual restoration and review against your source photos.

If your employer or intended use restricts AI-assisted images, tell us before booking. This service includes AI assistance even though much of the finishing is manual.

What do we do by hand?

  • Replace the background and mask around your outline.
  • Paint and refine hair edges.
  • Retouch skin and correct color.
  • Restore original details changed or lost during processing.
  • Compare facial features, hair, glasses and distinctive details with your source photos.

You receive a proof to review before final delivery.

What do you receive?

The individual package includes one approved JPG portrait, at least 2,048 pixels on the long edge, and a square profile crop of the same image. These are intended for LinkedIn, social profiles and website biographies. The crop is not a second portrait or a different look.

One round of requested refinements within the agreed look is included. Corrections to anything we missed do not use up that round. If your portrait does not feel right, choose a re-edit, a redo using a new photo you submit, or a full refund. Added work outside the agreed brief is quoted before we start.

How does an individual order work?

  1. Choose your preferences, upload your photos and enter your details. Check which source photos work best.
  2. We review your photos within one business day and confirm suitability, scope, availability and the full price before sending a payment link.
  3. Your first proof is ready within three business days after photo approval and payment. Revisions and final delivery follow your feedback.

Need a shorter deadline? Ask before booking. Expedited service depends on availability, with timing and any extra fee agreed before payment.

How does this work for teams?

Start with a paid five-person pilot. The first portrait is included in those five: the participant approves their likeness and your coordinator approves the style before we create the other four.

When is another approach more suitable?

We work from supplied photos and do not currently offer live posing direction or full personal-brand photoshoots. If you need a photographed session or cannot use AI-assisted images, discuss those requirements with an in-person photographer.
